What a scammer, you can find his address e. T. c easily I hope you are able to have a nice cup of tea with the chap to discuss how wonderful their soon to be shut down scam operation is expected to perpetuate

Personally, I cannot see the relevance to the addresses in the same town. Montpelier Drive is the address of the Liquidator.
But what IS interesting is this vacancy advert on TotalJobs where a position (though expired) is available at Addison James, yet the Hampson-Lovett logo appears

Interestingly Christian James Goodhand who is a Director of Hampton Lovett is also a Director of Corporate Commercial Surveyors Ltd. CCS was incorporated in 2017 & the address was 2nd Floor, 123 Promenade, Cheltenham, Glos. Addison-James address was Suite G2, Montpellier Derive, Cheltenham, Glos.
