Forget about customer service. Wait time is horrible.
There is no customer service. They don't return phone calls. And, if you get someone on the line, they promise that a supervisor will call; then, this never happens.
Never! And if you do, you going to be spoon fed lies! BEWARE!
It is practically impossible to reach an ADT live agent! I was put on hold with the notification that the waiting time is 50 (fifty!) minutes. However, after 37 minutes the line was cut.
Easier to wrestle a slippery pig to the ground. Their customer "service" is terrible. First they made me wait 42 mins then l. Just hung up. Called a few days later... Still waited 20 mins
(l was. Calling to cancel). Then l called back and asked for installation and someone answered right away. I explained my problem. They took the info. Said hold on and Never came BACK to the phone!. Good customer service can make or break a company. Based on that statement this company should be BROKE!
Be prepared to be kept on hold for 30 minutes before you speak with a real person
