How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Allstate?

You will be on Hold for a while... then you'll get someone who may or may not give you correct information. Be prepared to call back MANY times.

I call the agent and get answers pretty quickly. HOWEVER if you try to call for roadside assistance, it's virtually impossible to get through the prompts because they repeat over and over. They try to jam using the phone app on you. It took a full seven min to get past the prompts. The CSR who answered sounded like he had been sleeping and mumbling throughout the call.

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes and be shuffled around to several different people who talk too fast and have thick accents that can be difficult to understand.

Not at all. They don't answer, especially if they owe you something. Call backs when leaving a message sometimes never come. I've had to call over and over before getting to talk to someone

I called the customer service 1800Allstate that was on the letter. No one answers the phone. It's answered by computer selling Medical Alert Systems and Road side assistance. Then hands up.
