They answered right away... every time I contacted them. They stopped answering when Visa asked for a phone number to begin a dispute.
You can't call Beachsissi. No phone number on their website or ordering page. They respond to email but it seems all automated and generic. In other words... a bunch of BS.
There is no phone number. So the only way to get in touch is email. There answers are short and vague. Takes 2 days for response.
The email back in a couple days, but mostly false reassurance without any details. Basically customer service has been horrible.
