Hello Carol W. Sorry for the late response. I can confirm the reviews we receive or service reviews and are not product reviews. We do offer a returns policy as advised in our Terms and Conditions, which allow customers to view the items before returning, but there are some provisions put in place.

Hello Mel, I can confirm, customers are eventually happy with there products. Majority of the time it is down to a personal preference that the customer does not like there product, but as soon as we find a product suited to the customer, the customer is then satisfied.
