Good luck getting any help regarding a return. This company just tries to sell you more clothes and ignores requests for returns.

That's because they don't accept returns. They tell you to keep the product and they send you a code to buy something else from tgem. HOWEVER the code is only for half the price you paid for your item/s.
I spent £116 on 2 pairs of yoga pants they sent me a voucher for £55 so to 'exchange' to another 2 pairs of pants I have to add £60! Not quite an exchange in my book. Complete crooks!
