has bid wiz closed down and if so how do i get my winning items

I have been waiting for my won and paid for item for four months, have exchanged loads of emails and received nothing but excuses so far. Should I escalate via the authorities or is this a normal amount of time to wait?

Don't go anywhere near them. It's a scam. Despite trying to cancel, they took three subscriptions of £59.99. My bank has now cancelled the DD. And are in the process of investigating them.
