"Customer Service"? There is no customer service. It's just email runaround and they sell the car out from under you without even telling you. And... they keep your deposit. It's more like customer DIS-service

Call wait an hour and you will get somebody that transfers you to somebody else. Wait another hour then get ten minutes of doublespeak and you about have it.

One to two hours and in my situation they hang up on you after that length of time. They are criminals.

Do not buy from Carvana. I had a terrible experience with them. They are scammers. They have some bull about 7 day return but don't find something wrong with the car because they don't want to fix it. Car salespeople are the worst form of human beings!

I was able to reach customer service each and every time I called within 20 minutes at most, I use the callback option also the chat feature works. I can understand some bad experiences here but they are reachable and responsive.
