on 11/1/18There is customer support but you'll have to be patient. It can take weeks for them to get back to you. Buyers are protected, you just need to push and keep pushing. Sellers are required to send everything with tracking and insurance, so you should be OK.

In fact Catawiki is just an intermediate. Just like eBay. They assist in solving disputes, but they can't be held accountable. I am very satisfied with Catawiki. I bought and sold many photographica items and all went well.
