Mine took about 1 week because there were system issues? Make sure you email them after 5 days for an update.

I don't know specifically, since I unlocked a Galaxy S3, but I expect the situation to be similar to mine. After I placed my order, I got the email with the unlock code in under 12 hours. Once I got the code, the actual unlocking took me something like 10 minutes.
