THIS LLC HAS MULTIPLE OWNERS, TWO LOCATIONS IN OHIO AND ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE OUTSOURCED TO NEW DELHI, INDIA. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU MAY BE USED TO WITH OTHER AGENCIES. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY FOR ANYTHING, IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, PLEASE CHECK WITH THE BBB SITE OR GOOGLE THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY FOR YOURSELF.

Just came up on my web search & was much cheaper to buy a ticket but ended up paying more and I was told to take 6:00am flight or I will end up paying over $300.00 more than the original price I payed you. Will never use this website. They advertise a cheap ticket. They will tell you they will call you back for confirmation # then someone will call you back in a hour, they will tell you that flight doesn't no longer available. I was told I won't be able to get my money back so it was other pay $300.00 or lose my money. Even though money is tight right now and I was traveling a funeral (lost two family) due Covid I had no choice but to buy the ticket. So sad there are websites like this and still continue to have business. We all are struggling right now the last thing we need are companies like this to take money from us. Stay away from this company. Use Priceline and other websites because you won't have any problem getting what you pay for.

I thought I was using CheapTickets.com, a service I have used before without a problem.

It was first or popped up didn't care just wanted to fly to miami

I thought it was canadien company but seeing my mistake. They contacted me and we changed it to canadien exchange no problems with them every thing went well
