I have bought script soulmate and it is full of error and nobody is responding to correct the issues. So want refund for that and you have rejected neither you are refunding our amount nor resolving the errors. What i will do I am helpless.

Hi I purchased your Audio Merchant player on April 11 and have since tried to upload Mp3s onto a website a friend of mine is creating. After 2-3 hrs the tracks had still not uploaded. He has tried to get a response from you but nothing as yet. Can someone please reply to me ASAP regarding this issue, otherwise I expect a full refund thank you. I have many musician friends on Facebook that I would love to promote your plugin if you can sort this please!
I though MariaDB was compatible with MySQL. The author refuses technical support.
