How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at CoffeeAM?

I called once about a lost package they answered right away and very helpful. Took care of my problem with no hassle.

Impossible to get ahold of them email or phone have tried email 3 times and phone 2 times no acknowledgement of email at all not even a auto reply that it was recived have done it 3 diff way 1 time acualy on there site and also 2 time from my own email client
Phone has full mailbox and no one answers

I was surprised how fast they answered my email. Within minutes of my email i heard back from a cust. Service rep. Very good communication!
