No i can't share any success with coffee italia, because nothing about my order has been successful.
Very quick replies until something goes wrong, then extremely difficult and they ignore you
A cheaper price for a reconditioned machine but the poor customer service that follows, the refusal to sort a fault, which was there from delivery, makes me wish I'd never heard of this company. Pay the extra, use the UK dealer and get an extra years warranty, free collection and delivery for warranty claims and excellent customer service. Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing
