What made you choose Coffe Italia over similar businesses?

A cheaper price for a reconditioned machine but the poor customer service that follows, the refusal to sort a fault, which was there from delivery, makes me wish I'd never heard of this company.
Pay the extra, use the UK dealer and get an extra years warranty, free collection and delivery for warranty claims and excellent customer service.

Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing

I had a good experience with Coffee Italia. When UPS lost my purchase of a Rancilio Rocky SD grinder, I notified Coffee Italia and they immediately sent me a replacement at no extra cost. It arrived without any issue. Is a great bit of home barista kit, too.

I was stupid to, I regret choosing them everyday and wish I went with Bellabarista - maybe then I wouldn't have waited weeks upon weeks with still no order delivered

My next door has similar one BZ07, it has been using 7 years. It even looks like a brand-new one because of being made with high quality of stainless material! Powerful function, coffee lover can brew espresso and steam milk at the same time!

Because it was cheap, and unfortuntly did not consider the repercussions of poor customer service.
