Hi Frances!

We ask that you inspect the furniture after delivery to ensure all items are in good condition. If any damages occurred, please ensure to notate it on the Proof of Delivery and to call our customer service department while the delivery team is at your home.

We look forward to your order!

Don't accept any damaged piece. And good luck with getting your money back.

Don't buy from them. My furniture arrived damaged. They will force you to let them fix it - even if your furniture has a warranty. They won't take it back. They will force you to let them replace it. If you return it, they will charge you the shipment fees and a 15% restocking fee. The delivery men they send are out of shape and can barely get up the steps--so who knows how your furniture will be delivered.

The best advice I can give if you insist on buying from these people is to refuse any damage furniture at delivery if you notice damage. If not, get ready for hell. You won't be able to return it. They will keep trying to fix it. If that fails, they will order a new piece. Be ready to go through this for 3-4 months before a resolution happens. I have yet to get mine.

Look at the notation on the BBB website.
Coleman Furniture has so many complaints that they are only able to publish 1 out of every 5 complaints.
