How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Cuztomboxgifts.com?

Basically impossible. There is not phone and emails seem to come from various companies. They seem to be from bots.

Impossible! They don't have a phone number and won't return emails

Difficult. Only email address and hard to get a response

You can't no phon number and e-mail thay do not respond back

You can only contact them via email. I first contacted them about my order. I was supposed to get a tracking number within 24-48 hours. I never received any such tracking number. My packages just showed up almost a month later.
