How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Designer Optics?

Not easy at all! You can send an email, which will likely take at least a week for them to respond, or you can call. I have called and emailed several times. There are only 2 customer service people (I asked when I called) so you sit on hold for upwards of an hour. It is horrible. Then when you do finally get a person on the line, or an email response it is just, "Your glasses are almost ready. They should be shipped out soon." When you press for more detailed information they put you on hold and then come back and say that the lab is currently working on them. If you email for more information then you email is likely never returned.

They are very busy and you will be a long time on hold.

Easy toe reach a meber of the team and, they got my package assigned, labeled and, shipped asap.

Difficult. Not available on weekends or after 2pm Pacific Standard Time. My email was not answered until 48 hours.

They have an 800 number and e-mail. I used both and got right through!
