Contact is easy, getting a straight & truthful answer is another matter.

Recently this has gone way down hill. And since Co-VID, don't expect a resolution any time soon - if ever.

You will wait on hold to speak with someone from a country other than the US who barely speaks English and does not deviate from scripted responses. This person will give you vague answers, or multiple different, contradictory, answers depending on how many times you ask the same question. You will spend at least 45 minutes on the phone. The end result of the call with this "customer service" representative will be that nothing more is accomplished other than you gaining enlightening you as to how it feels to want to rip your own hair out at the same time as crawling through the phone and strangling someone.

You have to wait an average of 15 to 20 minutes before you get hold of the customer service either through phone or live chat. This worse part is the customer service itself. Bottom of the pit.

Their customer service in Asia is truly bad but the US citizens in the Office of the President of Eddie Bauer are no better.

Their customer service is in asia and they are just awful. They will answer the phone but tell you nothing. JUST AWFUL!
