How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at ESky.ie?

Pretty much impossible and they are clearly incentivized not to progress any claim for a refund.
The 'complaints' link on the website does not work nor the email address I was given.

Not easy, if eventualy you get through at all, zero customer service from the call center in India.
