How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at FirstCry?

They need 24hrs to get back to you after you raise a complaint, and they will take 24hrs to answer your each complaint

Worst ever. Waste of time and energy.
We have to keep on mailing them.
They don even call us and talk to us.
They dont know how to treat customers.

Very difficult. Only chat app is available for customer, else you can call customer support and waste your energy, time & money.

They don't let you connect to the customer service at all. They only provide robot customer service and the robots do not provide proper answer. Plus, if we raise a query, we neither get to see the status of it nor we get any response from them..

They don't respond. If at all they do, they don't listen to your complaints fairly
