They will repossess and you will be charged for that. As for taking from your checking account, I cannot say. Just don't rip them off and you won't have to worry. If you cannot pay, call them and they will tell you how to return the item. So far I am pleased with the way they have treated me with a couple issues I had.

Because they are going to get your routing number, and take it from your checking account no matter what. They've taken around $1000 from mine for a $352.00 purchase, and are wanting $400 more. I'm going tomorrow to close my checking account. So if I were you, I'd stay the hell away!
