Phone number (in Barcelona) goes unanswered as do emails.
Avoid these wankers at all costs
Very hard to get hold of Floraqueen customer service
It's impossible to have legit customer service help you, they take your money and disappear
It is not easy. No 1800 number. They also do not respond to there servuce line via internet

I ordered Birthday flowers for my girl on the 2 Dec to arrive on the 9 Jan but never arrived I will try to get them tomorrow if not I will be taking it further. BUT I CAN TELL EVERYONE I WILL NEVER USE THESE SCUB BAGS EVER AGAIN. Should be closed down.
Piece of crap service. Basically non existant. I'd avoid these people if i was you. I'm counting the days to see if it's true they will give me a refund for the service they charged me for but never sent.
Not Easy at all take 2 days to reply and they just avoid and look for reasons to make you go away not reasons to help or re-deliver just sorry, if you have a address and a tel number you cant say could not deliver if you did not even call to get more info.
Hard, they answer only one time and then you have to literally spam them.
FloraQueen's customer service is awful. I asked to cancel my order twice and they did not respond and sent my order anyway, charging me full price for a service I no longer wanted and that their site says can be cancelled at any time.
