on 11/17/19VERY DIFFICULT! If you actually get through they put you on hold forever, customer service employees have no idea what's going on. If you do email you have to send multiple emails before you get a reply then you will get conflicting information.
Nearly impossible. Be prepared to wait for HOURS. (We waited for over two.)
Not easy, they don't respond to e mails and you have to leave a message with the phone number they give but no one will call back.
Gardner Supply's customer service has been terrible! Will not answer the phone or reply to emails. Do not like their return/refund policy. Will not shop here again.

How easy is 58 minutes holding time? Well half hour earlier it was 32 minutes. Not even a call back option.

They don't ever answer your emails and if you wait over an hour on the phone you can have a customer service agent straight out lie to you

You can't. Period. I've been trying for over a month. And they took my money! On hold for over an hour and then hung up on. I recorded and documented the whole thing.
If you'd like to wait 45 minutes, at least during the pandemic times.

Impossible to get a hold of. No one responds to the emails or "contact us" and you get disconnected after 75 minutes on hold.
Extremely difficult and frustrating. I waited well over an hour, on more than one occasion, only to be either misinformed, or told they had no answers. This is more understandable, however, than their inability to properly inventory their own products. Furthermore, final representative I spoke with (the one that cancelled my order) was very nasty when he told me "HE can't cancel ANYTHING. He'll let the warehouse know." Yeah, real comforting, especially considering the other reviews I've seen regarding their not cancelling orders. Not to mention his obviously irritated tone. We shall see!
