I had placed order GTPOC-967477 on feb 8, for delivery by 16th feb, but my order was not given to me on time for my submission deadline because of which i could not submit my assignment and because of that i have received zero grade, i had open an dispute on your website but my dispute was closed without informing me. what should i do about such a thing ?
My order IDs are GTPOC740145 GTPOC740152, both were paid on 6th June around 23:35. I requested to have them in 10 days, which is today. When I just called I was told the papers were not ready to be delivered today and I would receive them tomorrow and day after. The person who answered the phone said if I wanted to have them today I needed to pay extra! Where is the loyalty? The person who I chatted with online just simply went offline! I trusted them when I first chose them, but now I am worried about both deadline and the quality!
