Yea i used to drink stuff like monster and rockstar for a little pick me up but the crash was insane and also the sugar levels my freind told me about gfuel i looked it up it had no sugar was made with fruit powder and antioxidants and no crash so i would definitely recomend if your tryna change your lifestyle
