Is gigmit a scam or a legit company?

I am disgusted by this feedback here. I am the CEO of gigmit, a company in business for 9 years 100% compliant with all legal aspects and fully transparent on its business model. Gigmit is a freemium service and you can use a lot of its features for free. There is a team of 10 people supporting artists on a daily basis to get more shows. Not just PRO users, also free users. We offer our service for all. My team is 100% committed, musicians and promoters themselves. They do it to support art and artists. Our PRO service is an annual contract paid monthly. Why? A) Booking takes time and does not work within a month. B) Musicians do not have much money which is why it is to be paid monthly. Luckily the feedback here of 17 people represents 0.01% of our community. By the way, our support staff works weekdays and our average response time is less than a day. I do not know where this fairytale of no support is coming from.

Personally I don't this this is a scam. They are around for a long time, have many users and the platform works. I don't see this is scam.

It is an absolute scam. They open accounts in your name then demand money for subscriptions you didn't sign up for. Avoid.

A legit scam! It's disgusting what they do. I can't believe they have got away with it for so long.

It's a "legit" company that is engaging in scam tactics for growth and should be avoided. As per my own review:

"This company appears to be scamming dozens of people, locking them into long-term contracts they can't escape, in order to build up a large subscriber base that is attractive to prospective investors. Their misleading small print and partnership with prominent UK festivals resulted in many of my colleagues getting hooked into 200+ Euro year's contracts over the last couple of years. As with all these entrepreneurial grifter projects, their ratings and socials seem to be heavily propped up by bots, presumably also to dupe naive investors and partners."

Scam / trap. They let you try for free but if you take a trial on PRO they will bill you for a whole year. No way to cancel. No support.
