No customer service! They won't answer the phone, and if you send them an email, they send an autoreply that they will contact you in 5 DAYS, but then do nothing.
Good luck, they won't do anything and don't care about your order. Can't wait until they have a competitor so I don't have to use them anymore.
I've never had an order be delayed but I would expect to see that in an email. They do provide tracking information.
