on 12/13/18You can't. There is no customer service number, and administrators don't have the authority or access to deal with most issues. All you can do is send an email to Ubisoft and hope you get a response sometime in the next decade.

It's easy to send an email, but since their offices are based in different time zones than some players, it can take some time to get a reply. More often than not, the replies are also sarcastic and sometimes rude.
No and if you do they give you the runaround, Poor customer loyalty

If you mean Contact Us, then yes, but normally their answers are just basically "Oh I'm sorry (not) but that's not our faut."
