on 12/18/20Horrible. And, even if you reach someone to question the throttling and buffering issues, the response will be, "I can see that you have multiple Rokus connected to your system!" I may have a couple of televisions in my home, but I only watch 1 at a time. This company may understand the concept of customer service but, they do not deliver any. They continually sidestep complaints.
I would rather have a colonoscopy than have to contact the pathetic customer service at Hughesnet. I hope you have all day available if you have a problem to resolve. The just keep putting you through their lovely call system which hypnotizes you with the same single melody to render you a drooling waste of flesh. I am on hour two right now! I was on hold for over an hour with a supervisor and now they have hung up on me three times. This is how the resolve issues people! Hide and seek!
Customer service is fairly easy to reach but they are absolutely useless in resolving any issues. I was on hold for 19 minutes of our 27-minute call. They told me to email customer support and when I did that the response was "call customer service." They just kept passing me along to someone else. Eventually they asked me to fax (?!) a power-of-attorney letter since I was trying to cancel service on behalf of my father. We are not selling classified info here so I have to assume this is another stall tactic. Besides, I have no idea where to FIND a fax machine in 2023! Very, very poor customer service. And don't get me started on their internet speeds. S-L-O-W
Customer disservice is unobtainium after 3 hours on hold and another hour with a rep was one of the worst waste of times in my life they intend to do nothing but take your money. To cancel get a new card number so they can no longer access your account
Easy to get a hold of thembut you do not get any help i have had problems with net work issues regarding u tube have spoken to 4 techs and still have the issue. Have consulted a computer repair shop about this and was told i have a bad inter net connection... they suck
To cancel, impossible. To get to them, not hard. BUT they wont do anything to help you. And will say everything is fine on their end, you must be doing something wrong. Or your TV. Good luck.
