It is very easy to get ahold of a customer service employee. The problem is that they may not provide any customer service. If it is a conversation just regarding artwork or specs, they can be helpful. If it is a conversation to resolve an issue (pricing, shipping), good luck. It can be incredibly frustrating as they are not motivated to resolve issues for customers.

Lots of back and forth. Can't call customer service. Have to fill out a 'ticket'. Waste of time.

Easy but never get anyone that knows what is going on.

ONly through email chat. Took days to get responses.

Their chat icon takes 20 minutes to get an answer. You can get a customer service rep on the line if you call, but the call takes 20 minutes to get an answer because they have to put you on hold to check with their production team on timelines. If you ask for a supervisor you are told there are none on the floor to take your call.

I ordered 250 full color door hangers on June 17th with a promise of delivery around June 24 (7 day Standard) I submitted my artwork and it was approved and sent to production on June 20th. On June 27th after not receiving the item I looked at my order on their web site and it gave a new delivery of June 28th. Again no delivery so I called and talked to Marcus and after much argument I agreed to pay an additional fee to expedite the order for guaranteed delivery on June 30 as I had hired 2 people to distribute the door hangers. June 30th no door hangers, contacted chat on July 1st at 630am and after an hour of run around was told "someone will get right back to you", July 1st let go the 2 people that relied on that money and were willing to work a holiday weekend and called again. Once again Marcus kept the run around going for a solid 20 min before saying"all I can do is have someone get back to you when we know what is going on" asked for a manager, "we don't have managers here". As of now I am filing for a chargeback and making sure no one I can reach uses this company.

They answer the phone great, but getting my issue resolved is now going on 6 days without a resolution.

Don't even bother. They lie extensively. I have proof of this in writing from them
