Imprint.com is a total scam. I will never do business with them again.

Scam company. They use tricks to get you to pay more $$ for orders you have already made. Do not use them!

I'm sure they are a legit company but they do scam their customers. They took my money even though they did not give me what I ordered. Poor quality is acceptable.

It is both. They are a legitimate company that makes products. However, they might try to change pricing on you, which I feel is a scam.

They make false claims of producing products in the USA. Their products are made in China.

Legitimate scam company. Yes they will make product for you but you had better pray it comes correct otherwise your out of luck.

Scam - their T&C's state that all of their products are promotional, and therefore can be total junk.

Legit company with false production time and delivery time promises.

I ordered 250 full color door hangers on June 17th with a promise of delivery around June 24 (7 day Standard) I submitted my artwork and it was approved and sent to production on June 20th. On June 27th after not receiving the item I looked at my order on their web site and it gave a new delivery of June 28th. Again no delivery so I called and talked to Marcus and after much argument I agreed to pay an additional fee to expedite the order for guaranteed delivery on June 30 as I had hired 2 people to distribute the door hangers. June 30th no door hangers, contacted chat on July 1st at 630am and after an hour of run around was told "someone will get right back to you", July 1st let go the 2 people that relied on that money and were willing to work a holiday weekend and called again. Once again Marcus kept the run around going for a solid 20 min before saying"all I can do is have someone get back to you when we know what is going on" asked for a manager, "we don't have managers here". As of now I am filing for a chargeback and making sure no one I can reach uses this company.

SCAM! Do not buy anything from this company. Subpar customer service and products

Still didn't receive my products so not sure. Hoping it's legit and one day I will receive it
