How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Janecloset.com?

You can't. They don't answer the phones or email. The phone just rings and rings.

Virtually impossible. They may get back to you but with the same questions time after time. I think they are trying to wear you out.

You can't get ahold of any one. They don't answer the phone or emails. They will take your money ASAP. They are quick when you purchase to get the money after that,

They have a number that doesn't work, an email address for customer care they they never answer... I've received one response from them asking for more pictures. Only to never answer again

Terrible customer service. This company is impossible to reach by phone and their email response is spotty. They ask many questions to stall you. I sent them everything they asked for including pictures and Rosie, and Lisa keep asking useless questions of me. So sorry I didn't read their reviews first. Another Chinese, on line boutique that should be avoided at all costs.

Email only. They answered daily but sent confusing questions
My size 7.5 is 38 for them (not USA)

You can get a hold of one person named Rosie but they never give straight answers and they give you the run around. Not very reliable and from my experience seems I'm not getting my refund of over $140.00.

You couldn't get a hold of this company the only way you could communicate was via email.

IMPOSSIBLE I have emailed them 3 times with no response and there is no phone number to be found anywhere...

It's impossible by telephone. I was lucky to get one response back via email. All other emails that I have sent have not been responded to.

Next to impossible. Only contact is via email. They responded once with a bogus USPS tracking number
