How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Jostens?

First time I called, I waited 45 minutes. Second time I called, it was one and a half hours.:-/

Very difficult. They lied and bull$#*! on your order. Have the worst service ever

I HELD FOR OVER 2 HOURS TRYING TO CALL THEM. I SENT 4 EMAILS TO THE LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER BECAUSE IT WAS LATE TRYING TO FIND OUT IF MY ORDER WOULD BE DELIVERED ON TIME. HE NEVER RESPONDED.

It is very hard to get a hold of someone and when you do they give you an email to send all info and then they dont even answer emails. Very bad business!
