How do you contact Kogan when there is NO LEGITIMATE email or phone contact supplied?

Only point of contact is through the Membership portal and Kogan first has no additional benefits and no additional contacts phone numbers or even an email go figure

I am furious, I spent $200.00 for a mop vac that never showed up. Can't contact Aus Post OR Kogan!

You could try calling 1300 028 004 in Australia. I found this number online

DONT BOTHER.

THERE IS AN EMAIL ON LINE CONTACT BUT YOU GET A ROBOT ANSWER AND THEN THEY GET BACK TO YOU AFTER A FEW DAYS YOU USUALLY NEED AN IMMEDIATE REPLY FROM A PERSON
