I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Based on my experience with Lensabl, I'd say scam.

It is a poorly run (that's being charitable) company with a questionable customer service ethic. Their quality control is poor to non-existent and they will not refund mistakes.

Lensabl is legit. Have an additional set of frames getting lenses made right now.

I'm leaning toward scam. Maybe they are good for single vision prescriptions, but my order for transition progressives has failed three times or so they tell me. Starting week seven and still no glasses. They have promised one more week we shall see. Communication is terrible. You cannot call today or in. And chat function on the website does not work; it's just email. Really regretting falling for their cool, slick ads.

Lensabl is a legitimate professional company based out of Los Angeles. The product quality and customer service is top-shelf. It's a niche service that can provide a solution to a number of lens needs at a fraction of the cost of using a traditional optometry facility.

A legitimate company. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of their work and their great customer service.

They're legit and they're great at what they do. I found lots of value in their product and they support it well.

Scam. They do not honor their warranty or their product and couldn't care less about what they deliver back to customers, even to the point of destroying frames in the process. All this and no refunds for a terrible product which was poorly executed. That is the definition of a "scam". Would not be surprised to see them vanish.

This company is totally legit. I'm a very satisfied customer.
