No! They are NOT reliable. They trashed my $528 dollar dress! I am so angry! They won't even take responsibility or fix what they did! They are a scam stay away!?

No. They frequently over promise and under deliver.

They will not be honest about their designs, materials, or delivery dates. If you bring a design for a custom dress to them, they will promise a quality reproduction. What you will get is a cheap knockoff with many design changes in a generic dress size. Once they trick you into ordering a custom dress you will not hear from them for months at a time and once the dress is made, there is no refund. No matter how much it differs from the design you agreed upon.

Standard dresses you buy from their shops will still take months to arrive. Even if you get an estimate, purchase it months ahead of time, and pay $70 for a rush delivery in the hopes of wearing it to an event, it will most likely arrive very very late. During this time they will not answer your emails/messages, update you on the progress, or show you progress photos.

Look at their Trustpilot reviews. So many sad and angry customers.
