I wouldn't like to say, their practices are suspect. Suggested l did a charge back before the refund process date was even up? Like they knew l wouldn't be getting the refund Be a month next week since they acknowledged receipt of the Samsung tablet l returned and still not sign of any refund.
I have been robbed by them. It is scam. I didn't get my item, so I have cancelled order. I didn't get my money back till now.
No, while they do take up to a month to deliver their items mine arrived eventually
