ITS 100% scam

If you like paying through the nose for crappy $2 shop quality then it's legitimate. If you like to get what you pay for it's a scam

It is 100% a scam. I have ordered a ring and never got it and they refuse to give me a refund. Do not believe all you see on their website, Instagram and Facebook it's all fake and they delete every comment they do not like.

It's a scam. I never received my order but was only fed "please wait some more. We'll ship it to you soon"

Unfortunately just scam. You will never receive the parcel and they say you'll get a refund once the parcel returns, which never happens... also no tracking for the return available.

Umm, I have to say I'm shocked by the amount of people claiming this company is a scam. I've been shopping at moon magic for over a year and I too was once uneducated and didn't know how to care for jewelry. In the first week or so if wear I noticed tarnish and I was super bummed, but their website explains in detail that this is normal and REMOVABLE. All it took was an hour soak in some scent free dish detergent and voila, no more tarnish. I clean them once weekly now and they still look brand new.

Moon Magic is a big SCAM. They're pulling a bait-and-switch on me.

Scam. The comments and reviews are all fake. They delete what they don't like.

Definitely scam! :( Did not received anything yet and looks like crap if I see photo's of other customers. The good reviews on the website are all fake.

It is a scam. Bad products that look nothing like the photo, fake reviews.

Scam for sure, they have no customer service, and too many problems to be considered a valuable business from my perspective.

Scam... not worth the price at all! My ring fell apart after two months of owning it! I've had way cheaper rings last much longer!

Totally legit. Bought a ring and I love it. Delivery time is perhaps 5-10 days after order and if you buy a ring, it comes in a cute little round box, like a miniature hat box :)

Total scam. It's the smallest thinnest slice of a crystal ice ever seen on a necklace.

I would definitely say I a scam as quality and standards are so bad I found a smaller company that sells on esty the same styles and real authentic moonstone and sterling silver it's uncomparable ibwould sa y moon Magic is just over priced over hyped costume jewelry at its finest

Definitely scam! I doubt the good reviews on the pictures are fake! There should be investigations against this company!

Really not sure to be honest, I've been waiting a while for my order and all of a sudden tracking is not working!

Its a legit company but you are lucky if you receive your order, they will not refund

I thought they were a good company until recently when they lied to me about a return they claimed they didn't receive. With a simple look up of the tracking number you can clearly see that they did definitely receive the return.

Definitely legitimate. I ordered 3 items from them and the products were true to their appearance on the website.

Looks like it can be a scam. I'm working with customer service for a replacement item and they are trying to get me to just buy more stuff. (My ring was bent and stones fell out) Whenever I see them on SOCIAL MEDIA, I will definitely be expressing how I feel about the company so I can help out potential consumers. Buyer beware!

Yes, it is. They offer beautiful jewelry. I only bought sterling silver so far and it looks amazing. Just arrived and can't wait to wear it!
