Answer:

It's assembled for you to put up when delivered. You can buy attachments off them to hang your pictures too

Maybe 1 email for every 25 you send - no other contact details, generic responses. Still waiting for a (Ready to ship in 24 hours) item - now nearly 8 days later.

Anyone planning to purchase from this company please read the faqs completely. especially this point: "how is the canvas affixed on the frame? the canvas has to be fastened on the supplied stretcher frame hence; no picture frame is required. we also provide you with detailed instructions to help you assemble the canvas, as well as wedges, which are canvas tightening keys. please note, that a staple gun is not included in your order. if you do not hold a staple gun, we recommend to use drawing pins." you will have to assemble it yourself. read it now and don't be disappointed later! I'm not being funny, but if you check the Questions and Answers, it does actually say you have to assemble the canvas yourself. That all tools required are included (except for a staple gun). Of course, it should be clearly stated to the buyer prior to purchase.

Standard. They mislead with false time frames on the wesbite, and dont show its actually all Germany based

There was the option to purchase the hanging kit for canvases maybe you could have ordered it for your items.

I would like to know what is happening about my problems regarding acrylic picture i received. it had dirt trapped between acrylic and picture, air bubbles and was out of focus. also skin colour was orange. sent several emails and got a reply stating they are a german based company and use there laws so no refund and could i send photos of the faults against white paper which i have and despite this and sending more emails have heard nothing. You've lost your money they won't refund me for a damaged canvas, total ripoff, hiding behind German laws stating no refunds.
