Hi, can you help please?
My order arrived and both the Aluminium print and the Acrylic print have no hanging parts

There was the option to purchase the hanging kit for canvases maybe you could have ordered it for your items.

I would like to know what is happening about my problems regarding acrylic picture i received. It had dirt trapped between acrylic and picture, air bubbles and was out of focus. Also skin colour was orange. Sent several emails and got a reply stating they are a German based company and use there laws so no refund and could i send photos of the faults against white paper which i have and despite this and sending more emails have heard nothing.
I have made a photo book which is stored in the section 'open online project' but how do I add a canvas print to my order please?
