Help, yes was scammed back in June. When the contract was sent it was not what the sales guy had said, so totally incorrect. We spoke to TTand was told the correct contract would be sent out. It never arrived. I emailed to say that unless we got the correct contract we were cancelling. Spoke to another Telecom chap and said we wanted nothing more to do with them, finito. In the meantime we were told from BT that they were 'sorry they were losing us' . We immediately corrected them, went back straight away to BT, and cancelled direct debit to T T.

We are now being bombarded with exit fees from TT. The last one was £495.14, and they keep increasing. What can we do? We have no intention of paying.

Ignore them. You cancelled the contract because it was mis-sold. You have cancelled the DD, just make sure it is not re-instated by them. Given the reviews I have just read I doubt they will take it down the legal route.

You can always try threatening to sue for harrassment but, personally, I would just ignore them. Don't delete emails though - they are evidence should you need it.
