How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at on the beach?

Answer:

Terrible avoid booking at all costs. Also a premium rate number and no one in customer services accepts responsibility. Complaints are email only and a 56 day response time.

Question:

When will i get my flights refunded, you keep saying you have to wait until airline pays you. this is not true as i paid you direct not the airline.

Answer:

Onthebeach give you an email reference with your booking. It's not your personal email, so airlines can't contact you directly. It's worth contacting your airline to see if they can do anything. Ryanair now have a workaround for this issue. Go to their website and watch.
