My holiday was cancelled for may this year, I was flying with easy jet and have still not got my flights refunded. They don't even answer e mails.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at On the Beach?
When will I get my flights refunded, you keep saying you have to wait until airline pays you. This is not true as I paid you direct not the airline.
