They are a legit company, but not a legit shipping company as they can't deliver at all.

It's a legal company but apparently has lost the ability to control their package distribution. Customer complaints will make an impact. Hopefully they will listen and act.

How can one tell a scam form legit. Apparently Ontrac occasionally performs, but they are intermittent like someone on substance abuse.

They are legit but might as well be a scam. In my experience with them about 25% of packages never reach their final destination. Stay away from them if you can.

This company is a joke. Their claim to fame is 2 day delivery? Really? I have been waiting over a week now and more delays ahead... DON'T Use them for anything!

Might as well be a scam, their performance sure is, even though they are in good standing registration and paperwork wise. Ability to deliver to the customer however is a whole other non existent item in their books! Run, if you can, avoid them!

Delivery company used by Walmart. And many other shippers.

Based on my experience, it's more like scam company. Because it was claimed that the driver was unable to find my address. When I was called by customer service, I gave her the detail of my address and instructions. 10 days later OnTrack claimed that my package was lost.
Can anyone figure out where the package go? If the driver had it before, but never delivered to anyone, but now is missing.?
