It's not easy. They don't answer you because they are scammers. They took my money and took down their website. At this moment their website is gone along with my tracking.

Absolutely impossible. They have an email, chat, and phone number. I've been trying for literally a month to get a hold of them about my order and they haven't responded to any of my attempts. Stay away!

Only contacted them once, gave me all the information and tracking link I asked for took around a day and a half to get back to me.

Its pretty easy, they have contact forms through out the website and a support number and office hours posted. Only thing to think about is response time always varies. Sometimes they respond right away other times you have to wait 24 hours.
