It took them 8 days to ship my order & it arrived damaged. I called them for a replacement & that to was damaged. Called again & they asked if I wanted a refund & I told them no, I want what I ordered.

Took 4 weeks and only got one idem out off 3 I was supposed to get 3,2 bags off dog treats, and 1 puppy pads I got puppy pads But that's it

I ordered items on May 5 and they are due for delivery today, May 8. Of course, I had to call CS (in the Philippines) because the tracking showed that my delivery was being made in another section of the state. I was transferred to the carrier, and the mistake was "caught." At last check, the order was about 75 miles away.
