Not Easy At All. No phone number and wont respond to emails
You can get customer service's attention only when you start writing reviews and complaining to BBB
E mail only expect a few days for response if they even respond
I have had the same experience. At this point I am considering legal action.
You can get ahold of them but they don't care! They won't do any research if your package is missing or offer a refund. They just tell you to be patient and wait for happy news, which they will never reach back out to you.
