Scam all the way. Google their reviews. Terrible cheaply made STINKY shoes. Horrible customer "service". Scammers.

Scam as far as product being what is shown in photos, quality, etc. Also scam as far as customer service and ability to contact company.

Sure, legit meaning you do receive product. Scammers, meaning the product is substandard, and you will NOT be able to return unless THEY sent the wrong product, or damaged. No other returns will be excepted! Sizes are not true US sizes. BUYER BEWARE!

As far as ordering and receiving a product, yes it's a "company". As far as customer service and customer satisfaction, I would say not at all. They will not make anything right, or even try. You will take the loss. Please don't buy from this "company"!

No, product is not like what is pictured. When I dealt with the company, I was given an address in a Vietnam market first then it changed to an address in China.

Scam-no returns no matter what the issue. Sandals were listed as orthotic & genuine leather for over $30, they weren't worth $10 not orthotic, cheap fake leather & didn't come close to fitting properly-refused return & offered discount on next order! The balls!

Pixie closet is a scam, they misrepresent the quality of their shoes. Some of the colors do not match.

They are a legitimate company with low quality items. Pictures are deceiving, but they do send the items ordered. Shipping is a little slow.

They are a scam. Need to be shut down. Not true sizing. Pretend to offer refund, but only applies if item is damaged, or incorrectly sent.
