You have a review that states the person was not able to cancel free trial and they were charged for a year. Is this true?

This is not true. Customers can cancel their Punchbowl membership at anytime. When you sign up for a new membership, you get a free 7 day trial. At the end of the 7 day trial period, the charge for membership will be issued. We have both monthly and annual memberships available. If you are not satisfied with your membership, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee and would be happy to offer a full refund if it is requested during that window.

I canceled through the website during the free trial period and somehow NO CANCELLATION took place. I did cancel after they charged me for the year but I am now on the hook for a year's subscription for something I do not want. Don't be fooled like me.

As with any site, it's important to know the cancellation policy and deadlines. Yes, they allow cancellations.

Not true. It's very easy to cancel a subscription.

Yes! The so called free trial is for 1 week and according to their customer service you must keep your membership in effect until your event so this is essentially a scam!
